# Analytics, Reporting & Exports

> How to track event conversions, analyze ticket velocity, and export attendee manifests.

# Deep-Dive Analytics & Reporting

Data drives successful campus events. Beyond the high-level metrics on your main overview, the **Analytics Suite** (`society-dashboard/analytics`) provides detailed, multi-dimensional reporting across all your events and financial cycles.

***

## 1. Core Analytics Metrics

Navigate to the **Analytics** tab in your sidebar to track interactive time-series performance:

* **Total Revenue & Net Take-Home:** Compare gross ticket volume against net proceeds after platform fees and refunds.
* **Ticket Sales Velocity:** Track exact daily and hourly ticket purchase spikes to measure the direct ROI of your Instagram posts, campus booth promotions, or early bird deadline countdowns.
* **Conversion Rate Tracking:** Monitor how many unique students visited your public event page versus how many completed a checkout. If page views are high but conversions are low, adjust your pricing tiers or add clearer event details!

***

## 2. Dynamic Date Range & Event Filtering

Customize your reporting scope with two powerful filtering dimensions:

* **Time Horizons:** Filter data by *Last 7 Days*, *Last 30 Days*, *Last 90 Days*, or *All Time*.
* **Event-Specific Breakdown:** Select an individual event from the top switcher to isolate its exact conversion funnel, revenue breakdown, and check-in rate independently of your broader society portfolio.

## 3. Exporting Attendee Manifests (`.CSV`)

While the digital Gate Scanner app is recommended for real-time check-ins, certain venue regulations or physical badge printing workflows require raw data spreadsheets.

### How to Export Attendee Lists

1. Navigate to the **Events** tab in your dashboard sidebar.
2. Click on the specific event you want to export.
3. In the top right header, click **Export Attendees**.
4. The system automatically compiles and downloads a structured `.csv` spreadsheet containing:
   * **Student Full Name**
   * **University Roll/Registration Number**
   * **Ticket Tier (`Early Bird`, `VIP`, etc.)**
   * **Order Reference ID & Payment Method**
   * **Check-in Status (`Checked In`, `Valid`, `Pending`)**
   * **Check-in Timestamp (if scanned at gate)**

> \[!IMPORTANT]
> Exported attendee manifests contain personal identifiable information (PII) such as student roll numbers and phone/email contacts. Treat these files securely in accordance with university data protection policies (`PDPA / GDPR`).
