# In-App Notifications & Alerts

> How students receive real-time notifications for ticket approvals, payment verifications, schedule updates, and certificates.

    # Real-Time Notification Center

    The **Notification Center** (`/dashboard/notifications`) keeps you updated in real-time regarding all your ticket orders, event schedules, and certificate releases.

    ## 1. Notification Types & Meaning

    | Notification           | Trigger Event                                                       | What to Do                                      |
    | :--------------------- | :------------------------------------------------------------------ | :---------------------------------------------- |
    | **Ticket Approved**    | Your ticket purchase or payment proof has been approved.            | Open **My Tickets** to view your pass.          |
    | **Payment Rejected**   | Payment receipt was unclear or unpaid.                              | Re-upload a clear screenshot in **Financials**. |
    | **Event Reminder**     | Sent 24 hours and 2 hours before event start.                       | Check your venue directions and ticket pass.    |
    | **Certificate Ready**  | Organizer released official certificates for an event you attended. | Open **Certificates** to download your PDF.     |
    | **Ticket Transferred** | A friend claimed your transfer link or transferred a pass to you.   | Check **My Tickets** for your new pass.         |
    | **Dispute Update**     | Organizer or Super Admin responded to your appeal.                  | Open **Disputes** to view the response.         |

    ## 2. Managing Your Notifications

    * **Mark All as Read**: Click the checkmark icon at the top of the feed to clear unread badges.
    * **Filter by Type**: Click on any notification card to jump directly to the relevant ticket or dispute.
