- After an attendee checks in at the venue gate, the platform automatically prompts them to submit an event review through their Student Dashboard.
- Verified Reviews: Only attendees who physically checked in can submit ratings, preventing fake or spam feedback.
2. Key Feedback Metrics
- Overall Star Rating: Average 5-star score across all attendee submissions.
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): Percentage of promoters vs detractors, measuring how likely attendees are to recommend your society’s future events.
- Written Reviews & Suggestions: Detailed feedback on venue acoustics, speaker quality, food, and organization.
