1. Step-by-Step: Joining a Waitlist

Step 1: Open Sold-Out Event ➔ Step 2: Click "Join Waitlist" ➔ Step 3: Track Position

1. Open the event page for a sold-out event.
2. The checkout button will automatically display Join Waitlist.
3. Click Join Waitlist.
4. Confirm your university email and phone number.
5. You are added to the queue and given a real-time waitlist position (e.g., Position #4 in line).

2. Step-by-Step: Claiming an Available Spot

Step 1: Receive Alert ➔ Step 2: Open Claim Link ➔ Step 3: Complete Checkout within 2 Hours

1. When a ticket slot becomes available, the system immediately sends you an Email and In-App Notification.
2. Open the claim link provided in the notification.
3. Your ticket slot is held exclusively for you for a 2-hour reservation window.
4. Choose your payment method and complete checkout.
5. If you do not claim the ticket within the 2-hour window, the slot is automatically offered to the next student in line.
