1. Step-by-Step Ticket Booking & Checkout

Step 1: Select Event ➔ Step 2: Choose Tier ➔ Step 3: Apply Promo Code ➔ Step 4: Pay & Get Ticket

Step 1: Select Your Ticket Tier

1. Open the public event page (e.g., https://unitix.aarx.online/e/campus-hackathon-2026).
2. Review the event agenda, date, venue, and available ticket tiers.
3. Select your desired tier (e.g., Early Bird Pass — PKR 500 or VIP Pass — PKR 2,000).
4. Select the quantity (e.g., 1 or 2 tickets).
5. Click Proceed to Checkout.

Step 2: Applying a Discount Promo Code

1. On the Order Summary screen, look for the Have a Promo Code? field.
2. Type your promo code (e.g., FRESHERS20 or TECHCLUB15).
3. Click Apply.
4. The discount is instantly subtracted from your total (e.g., PKR 2,000 $\to$ PKR 1,600).

Step 3: Choose Your Payment Method

Option A: Instant Online Payment (Card / Digital Gateway)

1. Select Card / Digital Payment.
2. Enter your Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVV.
3. Click Pay Now.
4. Your ticket is confirmed instantly within 2 seconds and appears under My Tickets with an active dynamic QR pass.

Option B: Manual Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash Slip

1. Select Bank Transfer / Mobile Account.
2. The organizer’s official account details (Bank Name, Account Title, Account/IBAN Number) will be displayed on screen.
3. Transfer the exact order amount using your banking app or mobile wallet.
4. Take a clear screenshot of the completed transfer receipt.
5. Upload the screenshot in the Upload Payment Proof box and enter the Transaction ID / Reference Number.
6. Click Submit Order. Your ticket status will show Pending Verification while administrators audit the receipt. Once verified, your dynamic pass unlocks immediately.
