Real-Time Notification Center

The Notification Center (/dashboard/notifications) keeps you updated in real-time regarding all your ticket orders, event schedules, and certificate releases.

1. Notification Types & Meaning

Notification	Trigger Event	What to Do
Ticket Approved	Your ticket purchase or payment proof has been approved.	Open My Tickets to view your pass.
Payment Rejected	Payment receipt was unclear or unpaid.	Re-upload a clear screenshot in Financials.
Event Reminder	Sent 24 hours and 2 hours before event start.	Check your venue directions and ticket pass.
Certificate Ready	Organizer released official certificates for an event you attended.	Open Certificates to download your PDF.
Ticket Transferred	A friend claimed your transfer link or transferred a pass to you.	Check My Tickets for your new pass.
Dispute Update	Organizer or Super Admin responded to your appeal.	Open Disputes to view the response.

2. Managing Your Notifications

Mark All as Read: Click the checkmark icon at the top of the feed to clear unread badges.
Filter by Type: Click on any notification card to jump directly to the relevant ticket or dispute.

ٹکٹ منظور ہوا	آپ کی ادائیگی تصدیق ہو گئی۔	My Tickets میں جا کر اپنا پاس دیکھیں۔
رسید مسترد ہوئی	بھیجی گئی رسید واضح نہیں تھی۔	Financials میں جا کر دوبارہ واضح رسید اپ لوڈ کریں۔
ایونٹ یاد دہانی	ایونٹ شروع ہونے سے پہلے کی اطلاع۔	وقت اور مقام چیک کریں۔
سرٹیفکیٹ تیار ہے	ایونٹ میں شرکت کا تصدیق شدہ سرٹیفکیٹ جاری۔	Certificates سے پی ڈی ایف ڈاؤن لوڈ کریں۔
ٹکٹ ٹرانسفر	دوست کی طرف سے ٹکٹ موصول ہوا۔	My Tickets میں نیا پاس چیک کریں۔
