/dashboard/notifications) keeps you updated in real-time regarding all your ticket orders, event schedules, and certificate releases.| Notification | Trigger Event | What to Do |

| Ticket Approved | Your ticket purchase or payment proof has been approved. | Open My Tickets to view your pass. |
| Payment Rejected | Payment receipt was unclear or unpaid. | Re-upload a clear screenshot in Financials. |
| Event Reminder | Sent 24 hours and 2 hours before event start. | Check your venue directions and ticket pass. |
| Certificate Ready | Organizer released official certificates for an event you attended. | Open Certificates to download your PDF. |
| Ticket Transferred | A friend claimed your transfer link or transferred a pass to you. | Check My Tickets for your new pass. |
| Dispute Update | Organizer or Super Admin responded to your appeal. | Open Disputes to view the response. |
