Discovering Events on UniTix

1. Step-by-Step: Searching & Filtering Events

Step 1: Open Marketplace ➔ Step 2: Apply Filters ➔ Step 3: View Event Details ➔ Step 4: Book Passes

1. Go to the Explore Events page (https://unitix.aarx.online or /dashboard/events).
2. Search Bar: Type any keyword (e.g., AI Workshop, Annual Gala, Battle of the Bands, Model UN).
3. Filter by University: Select your university campus to view local events, or choose “All Universities” to find national competitions.
4. Filter by Category: Narrow down by Technical, Cultural, Sports, Academic, or Social.
5. Filter by Society: View events hosted by specific student bodies (e.g., ACM, IEEE, Debating Club).

2. Event Cards & Countdown Timers

• Live Countdown Timer: Days, hours, and minutes remaining until registration closes.
• Price Range: Displays starting price (or Free).
• Remaining Seats / Capacity Indicator: Shows if an event is filling up fast.
• Society Badge: Official verified student society badge.
