Claiming Verified Event Certificates

UniTix allows students to earn official, cryptographically verifiable certificates of participation for workshops, hackathons, seminars, and conferences they physically attended.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To claim an official certificate, two conditions must be met:
  1. Physical Gate Attendance: Your ticket must have been scanned at the entrance gate during the event (status must show Used / Checked In).
  2. Certificate Enabled: The organizing society must have enabled digital certificates for that event.

2. Step-by-Step: Claiming Your Certificate

  1. Log into your Student Dashboard at https://unitix.aarx.online.
  2. Click Certificates in the top navigation bar.
  3. You will see a list of all events you physically attended.
  4. Click the Claim Certificate button next to the eligible event.
  5. The system issues your official credential with a unique Certificate ID and verification QR code.
  6. Click Download PDF to save the print-ready certificate for your resume or LinkedIn profile.

3. Public Certificate Verification

  • Every issued certificate features a Verification QR Code and a public URL: https://unitix.aarx.online/verify-certificate/[id].
  • Employers, professors, and recruiters can scan this QR code to view instant proof of authenticity, attendee name, event title, issuing society, and issue date.
