• Measures how many attendees are successfully entering the venue per minute (scans/min).
• Helps operations identify bottleneck gates, manage queue lines, and dynamically deploy additional gate staff during peak arrival surges.

📊 Synchronized 4-Metric Attendance Cards

• Tickets Sold: Total passes issued across all tiers.
• Checked In: Live attendee count currently inside the venue.
• Remaining: Remaining ticket holders expected to arrive.
• Max Capacity: Safety threshold of the hall or venue.

👥 Live Entrance Feed Stream

• Streams every check-in event in real-time as tickets are scanned at the gates.
• Displays:
  • Ticket Code: e.g., UTX-TECH-000042
  • Attendee Name: Verified student name.
  • Gate Location: Specific entrance identifier (e.g., Gate North, Gate 2).
  • Verification Engine: Cloud Direct, Offline Manifest, or Event Hub P2P.
  • Exact Timestamp: Local check-in time with millisecond precision.

2. How to Access the Live Gate Monitor

1. Log into your Society Dashboard at https://unitix.aarx.online.
2. Go to Society Events in the main navigation.
3. Hover over your active event card and click the green pulsing Live Gate Monitor icon (📡).
4. Or navigate directly to:
