Corporate Sponsors & Partner Management Guide

The Sponsors Hub (/society-dashboard/sponsors) allows societies to manage brand partnerships, automate logo placements on PDF tickets, and fulfill sponsor deliverables.

1. Step-by-Step: Adding a New Sponsor

  1. Go to Society Dashboard →\to Sponsors (/society-dashboard/sponsors).
  2. Click the Add Sponsor button (top-right).
  3. In the modal, fill in the Partner Details:
    • Organization Name: e.g., Red Bull, Google Cloud, Devsinc, GitHub.
    • Website URL: e.g., https://partner.com.
    • Brand Logo: Upload high-resolution PNG/SVG with transparent background.
    • Description: Brief overview of the partnership or brand message.
    • Sponsorship Tier: Choose Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze.
  4. Configure Automated Deliverables & Perks:
    • Logo on Ticket PDF: Automatically places the sponsor logo on all downloaded PDF tickets.
    • VIP Passes Count: Specify number of complimentary guest tickets (e.g., 5 passes).
    • Featured on Event Page: Renders sponsor logo in the “Supported By” marquee on your public event page.
    • Broadcast Mention: Automatically includes partner credits in attendee email broadcasts.
  5. Click Save Sponsor.

2. Linking Sponsors to Specific Events

  • When building or editing an event in the Event Builder (Step 5), simply check the box next to any partner from your sponsor roster.
  • All configured perks (logos, VIP allocations, page banners) are automatically attached to that event.
