Your Society’s Public Presence
Every approved society on UniTix receives a dedicated, high-converting public landing page (unitix.aarx.online/s/[society-slug]). This page serves as your society’s digital storefront where university students, faculty advisors, and corporate sponsors can review your mission, inspect active events, and browse past event photo galleries.
1. Customizing Your Brand Identity
To configure how your society appears across the student marketplace, navigate to Society Profile (society-dashboard/profile):
- Official Society Name & Slug: Set your clean URL slug (e.g.,
/s/acm-chapteror/s/dramatics-club). - Square Logo: Upload a high-resolution 1:1 square logo (
PNGorWebP). This renders on student digital QR tickets and event cards. - Hero Banner: Upload a 16:9 widescreen banner image that serves as the visual header of your public profile page.
- Mission Statement & Bio: Write a rich-text overview of your society’s vision, regular workshops, and campus activities.
- Social Media Integration: Connect your official Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Discord URLs to build followers directly from ticket checkouts.
2. Earning the Verified Badge (KYC & Faculty Verification)
To protect students from fraudulent or unofficial campus clubs, UniTix awards a prominent Verified Blue Checkmark (☑️ Verified Society) alongside your society name across all event listings.
Verification Requirements:
- President CNIC Audit: The society president must upload clear front and back photos of their National ID Card during initial registration.
- Faculty Advisor Endorsement: You must submit the official university email address (
@university.edu.pk) of your supervising Professor or Faculty Advisor. - Automated Verification Link: UniTix dispatches a secure verification token directly to your Faculty Advisor via automated email. Once the advisor clicks to confirm their supervision, your society profile automatically unlocks the official Verified Status Badge.
3. Corporate Sponsorship Management
If your events are backed by corporate sponsors, prominently displaying their brand identities adds immense institutional credibility and helps fulfill contractual sponsor impressions. How to Add & Link Sponsors:
- Navigate to the Sponsors tab in your dashboard sidebar and click Add Sponsor.
- Upload the corporate partner’s logo (
PNGwith transparent background recommended) and enter their company name and official website URL. - Link to Specific Events: When building or editing any event (
society-dashboard/events), scroll to the Sponsors Dropdown. - Select all relevant brand partners. Their logos will automatically render:
- In the “Supported By” hero section of your public Event Details page.
